 Jim Catt
Scientific Director Jim was educated in the UK culminating in a PhD from the John Innes Institute. He then spent ten years in basic research in Europe and the USA. He changed to animal IVF in 1987 in Cambridge followed by two years in New Zealand, before moving to Australia to work in clinical embryology. Over twenty years later, having worked in six units (four as scientific director) including Sydney IVF and Monash IVF, he now looks after Optimal IVF and City Babies. He has been an RTAC (Reproductive Technologies Accreditation Committee) inspector since 1998. |
